Privacy Policy
Who we are
SavvyDime.com ("SavvyDime," "we," "us," or "our") is presented by Cupcakes Holding LTD. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit SavvyDime.com, why, who receives it, and the choices you have. Contact: privacy@savvydime.com.
Information we collect
- Identifiers: IP address, cookie and device identifiers (including Google and Meta cookie IDs), and click IDs from the ad you came from (such as
fbclidorgclid). - Internet activity: pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, scrolling, time on page, the referring page, and session replay data.
- Approximate location: country, region and city derived from your IP address.
- Information you give us: your email address if you sign up for email updates, and anything you include when you write to us.
We do not collect payment details, government ID numbers or other sensitive personal information, and our site is not directed to children under 13.
Tools and partners we use
- Cloudflare (hosting and security): delivers the site and protects it from abuse. Processes your IP address and request data.
- Google Analytics 4 (analytics): counts visits, pages viewed, scrolling and clicks, using cookies such as
_ga. - Google Ads conversion tracking (advertising): measures whether visits from our Google ads lead to clicks on retailer links, using cookies such as
_gcl_au. - Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (advertising): tells Meta when a visitor from one of our Facebook ads views a page or clicks a retailer link, so we can measure and optimize our ads. The pixel runs in your browser; the Conversions API sends the same events from our server with your IP address, browser user agent and Meta cookie IDs (
_fbp,_fbc). - LogRocket (session replay): records how pages behave during a visit, such as clicks, scrolling and what was shown on screen, so we can find display and usability problems.
- Our own measurement: we log page views and clicks on retailer links with a random session ID, the ad campaign that brought you, device type, country, and a salted hash of your IP address (we do not store the IP itself).
- Amazon Associates and other retailer programs: when you click through to a retailer, that retailer sets its own cookies to credit the referral. Its own privacy notice applies there.
How we use information
- To run, secure and improve SavvyDime and our recommendations
- To understand which pages, products and campaigns are useful to visitors
- To measure and optimize our advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Google
- So retailers can credit our referrals and pay commission
- To send email updates you asked for, and to answer your messages
Affiliate links
SavvyDime contains affiliate links, including links that participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate, SavvyDime earns from qualifying purchases. If you click a retailer link and buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of the Meta Pixel, the Meta Conversions API and Google Ads conversion tracking may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or as "targeted advertising," under California and other US state privacy laws. In the past 12 months we have shared identifiers and internet activity with Meta and Google for this purpose. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page. We also treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid opt-out: when we detect it, we do not load the Meta Pixel or Google Ads tags and do not send Conversions API events for your visit. We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access and get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale, sharing or use for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
To make a request, email privacy@savvydime.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it. You may use an authorized agent. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.
